2935D meets 5752C

Post by rusty »

Rusty Morris (2935D) and Steve Jacobson (5752C) have two of the prettiest 170's around so they decided to get together and introduce them to each other. Steve flew non stop from Meacham (FTW) to Hicks (T67) (a total of about ten miles) on a beautiful fall day so the two could get acquainted. As you can see from the photos they are both gorgeous airplanes.
Enjoy!

They are just beautiful, I must have checked them out for a full 10 mins without even moving . That blue aircraft is unbelievable and it just must be faster than that red aeroplane too.
A job well done fellas. Poerty in motion.

Rusty and Steve,

Thanks for sharing. You both have truely beautiful planes. Can you send the pictures to Jan at Headquarters? I am sure she would love to publish at least one of them in a 1/4ly News. Then all the club members will get a chance to also see them :D

Close the door on the Mooney, put on a couple of seersucker suits and fedoras, and re-take that photo!

(You guys should take that photo in front of the old terminal bldg at Marshall, TX) :!:

Needless to say... I think that's a beautiful set of photographs!

This time I agree with George, these are absolutely stunning examples of C-170s!! My hat is off to you for the amount of work it took to make those airplanes look that nice.

How about taking the photo of Rusty's and Steve's 170's in front of the old terminal building at Houston Hobby.
