Yes, that's the runway squeezed between CO Rd 3 and the river. If you zoom in you can see a few airplanes parked and one on the runway. I don't know how a stock 170 would do, but it was no problem with 3 aboard in my 180hp on an upper-70s September day.

A few friends and I flew in to Marble for an overnight a couple years ago. My stock 170A was a bit anemic on the way out the following morning. I don't recall the exact weight, but it was a couple hundred pounds short of max. I would have appreciated a few extra ponies under the cowl! Good news is, it's open valley once you're airborne and over the trees.
