A celebrity among us

Post by Bruce Fenstermacher »

Anyone know anybody who soloed 7 tail dragger aircraft on their 16th birthday? Only one of them had a flat engine. Of the remaining 6 aircraft flown there were 8 engines to start. 8O

He's recently been known here to be tracking down a mysterious battery box decal.

Dillion, you need to tell us a little bit about yourself.

Here's a clue to start with;

http://www.barronaviation.com/

Their family business has been providing a valuable service to the C-195 community for many years and hopefully many years to come with Dillon. He is a fine young man whom Ina and I have known and respected since he was just a little kid.

Bruce,
By the title I was guessing you were talking about our illustrious Blueldr. Here's a picture of him telling the photographer to get out of the way in sign language. Amazing!

No Gary BL is not the celebrity I was thinking about but I'm glad you reminded me we have more than one celebrity among us.

I hope Dillion might tell us a little about himself including what lead up to his record attempt.

Please note that I no longer have the nice black moustache that I sported in my above picture. After it turned from gray to white I shaved it off.
