61.56 is the FAR Reference 61.56 for the Flight Review. Even if you do not need one. You do not need a medical to get the review. I think that is what he is infering to. How did I do George?

Well.......... I can't argue with that, but, I don't want to pass up an opportunity for lunch at Pine Bluff.
You two Texas Desperados may have been out mending fences for too long and should make this trip together.

Kyle, you may be right, but with Willie & Mary Jo becoming part-time Texans, we have to make room for them by moving some of us natives elsewhere

Richard you may have saved me some airfare there... I was thinking it might be worth it just to get to fly over some of my old stomping grounds again. My work schedule gives me 3-day weekends every other week, and over the Columbus Day holiday in mid-October I'll have 4 days...

Frank, once you get settled in Murfreesboro, look up Harry Hargis down at Cedar Glade Aerodrome (TN83, about 11nm SE of MBT). He and several other local pilots get together every Tuesday evening (I think) in Murfreesboro for dinner and solving of all the worlds problems. Cedar Glade was '98C's first home base after she came into my care.

In 600nm of pretty flat country there's bound to be few TALL towers...

Hey Frank welcome to the southeast ! Byrd Raby keeps his plane at Tullahoma, not too far from there. You will have to get used to the haze around here. Let us know when you get settled.

Thanks Ed. I am probably premature, but I have had my name on a hangar list for about 9 months and got one a couple of weeks ago. Problem is we haven't sold our house yet, but maybe we will be able to do so by the end of the year (HOPE). Looking forward to getting over there.

You did GREAT! (and you relieved Frank of the effort to learn how to look up FARs which pertain to his certificate.)
