Traverse City Tie-Down / Hanger / FBO

Are there tie-down spaces at KTVC that are not under the control of the Harbor Air FBO?

Or - might someone have hanger space I might be able to use (for a fee) when traveling to Traverse?

Would not mind a Turf runway recommendation as well.
