ADSB rebate reservations are used up??

For those of us that procrastinated on installing ADSB Out, this looks like the rebate reservations are used up, I can hear the moaning and groaning, the price just went up $500.00

Many pilots may be thinking that FAA may make a last minute extension - Add 1 more Year?

New product introduction with steep Lower Price - expectations

A lot of federal employees have very clean desks - sign of little activity.
