Reach out to Jessie at Colorado Air Parts. Last I talked to him he had one.
Also, David LeJeune has been posting on FB O-300 group that he has a lot of parts. I believe he had one a couple months ago when I talked to him.

WHICH MODEL “O-300”..?? (the later C,D,E cranks were 6-bolt prop-flanges)
