Well let me tell ya, it sure does. Quick story. After returning from OSH with a broken door latch I get on the 170 net and am asking for any help in findiong parts needed. I contact Univar and find that I would need to take out a big loan to purchase the parts and they were not sure they would have any on hand. The next day I receive an email from John Barrett who says he's got what I need, and if I would donate $50.00 to the 170 Association he would ship the parts. I received the parts yesterday and they are exactly as John stated. So now what do you think? Does it pay to be a member with such fine folks. SURE DOES. On behalf of John I am forwarding a check in the amount of $100.00 to the association. I hope that this story will help you in keeping your membership current.
THANKS AGAIN JOHN
FROM FRED HAUSER member 6066 THE CHECK IS IN THE MAIL

Thanks for the story Fred and for your check. It truly is an association of fine people. John is but one on a long list ready and willing to help anyway they can.
