Important Dates

Post by GAHorn »

well, folks, our own OL' GAR and his MUCH BETTER half, DEANNA celebrated their FORTY SEVENTH ANNIVERSARY this week (Friday, August 15th). Deanna should be awarded a Congressional Medal for service to the nation in keeping him segregated (mostly) and under control (occasionally) to the benefit (generally) of society.

Not only that, but on Saturday, August 16th, OL' GAR celebrated a birthday! He's now almost over PUBERTY at age SEVENTY! (Look for his voice to soon change.)

CONGRATULATIONS!

Good catch, Richard! Obviously I wasn't using a calendar at all. I just can't do math before coffee and I slept late today.

Don't know what kind of celebration he put on for Deanna this time, but a reminder of what kind of parties he normally throws....:

George,

Having met both Deanna and Ole Gar I concur that Deanna deserves a medal for 47 years. :D

I will say they are both good cooks, make great country music together, and both do a good of driving to events even though there is a rumor that there is a 170 in the family, doctored photographs and all.

I do hope Deanna can eventually straighten out Ole Gar’s speech/writing affliction though.

Congratulations Deanna and Gary !!!!!.
