FAA Change of Address Requirements

Post by 170C »

It's been 12+ years since I last had an occasion to notify the Friendly Aviation Administation of a change of address and I want to get some input regarding the proper/required forms. It would appear form 8060-56 would be the one to use for my pilot certificate except mine is neither lost or destroyed. Should I be using a different one? What form is to be used for my aircraft?
thanks :?

Just did this a month ago.

http://www.faa.gov/licenses_certificate ... e_address/ Airman's Change of Address.

If I recall, when you complete this it will ask if you need to update an address for aircraft.

http://www.faa.gov/licenses_certificate ... ADDCHG.pdf Aircraft Registration Change of Address

Fax the PDF file to:

By Fax
(405) 954-3548
(405) 954-8068

Takes just a few minutes and done.
