Yes, they're for a 6 bolt crank. I've got a 0300D also. I had a cracked spinner a while back and bought a used one that came with bulkheads. My bulkheads were still good so I ended up with extras. My spinner is fiberglass also. My rear bulkhead is about 9 5/8" with 6 holes around the outside and the front one about 8 3/4" with 6 holes around the outside for the spinner also. If you decide that you want them, I'll mail them to you and you can verify fit before you send any money.

Joe Sorry for delay getting back to you, it sounds like you do have the goodies. the dementions for the bulkheads seem to measure correctly with my spinner. If you are ok sending them up pending a fit check that would be great, otherwise am happy to send you the $$ or a deposit which ever you prefer. I think my info is in the members book/address etc. An interesting off topic I called spruce for prop bolts AN8-44 will fit and I expected these would be lots of money but they told me under $2.00 which sound to me too inexpensive to be the correct bolts / What do ya think?? Hope to hear from you soon G
