170's at KOAK
Flew into the Kaiser Air FBO in Oakland on Friday and there were two other 170's parked at the FBO. One was polished and red and the other green. I have been flying in there for years and hardly ever see another 170, let alone 3!

And the reason it was changed was to make it faster, no doubt.cessna170bdriver wrote:MUST have left home a day earlier....gahorn wrote:The red one got there first. ...(My airplane is currently painted in 80's "earth tones", but the data plate indicates it left Wichita with "WELSH GREEN" exterior trim.

One of the truly rewarding pleasures of this association are the good friendships that are found here. Being the target of so many is another odd sort of "reward".cessna170bdriver wrote:.... This post was just too much of a temptation to tweak you, George! You take it so well...
